I have always loved animals, particularly dogs.  My first dog was a mongrel called Trixie she was my protector and best friend. Ten years ago I purchased my first pedigree Border Collie and this began my love affair with this beautiful breed.

I then got into showing my border collies with some success.  I have recently started showing again and am having a lot of fun with my babies.

 

My main emphasis in breeding is to bring back some of the older lines into border collies so my dogs are of an old style.  I am interested in type, temperament and conformation.  The temperament of a dog is very important to me as most of my dogs become part of a human family.

 

Over the ten years I have sold many dogs, even to places as far away as WA.  They have been bought for pets, conformation showing, fly ball, obedience and agility.  My partner has two which are working sheepdogs.

 

I am a small kennel and my dogs all grow up in a family environment with exposure to cats, chickens and ducks.  My two children spend a lot of time with my dogs and pups. My pups are all raised in my house and are a large part of my family.

 

Breeding red and white border collies has also been a long interest to me and I sometimes have litters of this type for sale.  Contact me if you want to go on the waiting list.

 

In the Yass area my mobile dogwash can often be seen as I go to towns and properties looking after dogs of any type.  I offer a complete grooming service and advice from the basics to preparing for a show.
